Craig introduced me to LS3/EAP when I first joined Kaplan and I honestly thought my head would explode! He was so patient and kind with me and nothing was too much trouble. He regularly checked in on me and made sure I knew what was going on and what I needed to do at certain times of the year. He had an amazing sense of humour and always had a joke or story up his sleeve which would fit the situation. A true gentleman who will be missed by everyone who knew him.
